Safety and abuse
Report an offending chat message inside the app so it reaches the moderation queue with the right context. For an urgent safety concern or an appeal, email the address above with “Safety” in the subject. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Account and privacy
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data inside Profile → Delete account. Read the Privacy Policy for the data the service uses and the choices available to you.
Campus information
Life At is an independent student-built service, not a university system. Confirm deadlines, registration, rooms, and emergency information with the relevant official university source.
